2' in main click boot info ...para ma read ang impormasyun n g unit or phone...
3, in serivce tab lagyan ng check yun dump userdata
4,click dump phone firmwware ...para po ma back up ang unit kara pedeng ibalik kapag nahka aberya...5
5mpagtapos ma rread...click reset privacy lock...

bawat pag connect sa phone dapat naka patay ang unit the saksak lang usb sa phone...
