procedure:
1. fully shutdown tab
2. press volume up + Power to get to bios
3. setup supervisor password
4. disable secureboot
5. make usb hdd or usb cdrom your first boot
6. attach your win8.1 uefi bootable usb drive or cd on usbcdrom (32bit is required), your mouse and keyboard
7. power on tab and install win8.1 like installing on pc
