Solution: Hard Reset
Procedure:1. Turn off the phone then power mo ulit press volume up and power button

Procedure:2. Select recovery ( volume up to select at volume down naman ang ok)

Procedure:3. Select wipe data factory reset using volume down and click power button to select

Procedure:4. Volume down ulit then select yes using power button then reboot
after reboot eto na po cya... Done,,,,,
