Alcatel One Touch D5/OT-5038A unlock done with Miracle Crack

Mostly because I was bored and distracted from work... Phone's originally locked on Smart, and since I was curious I thought I might jump the gun and said, "masubukan nga ito,".

Procedure's similar to frank_vincent's 5036A unlock job:

1. Root the phone using Kingoroot or your favourite utility
2. Turn on USB Debugging in Developer Options.
3. Plug in the phone to your PC, making sure that the drivers are installed, of course.
4. Fire up the Miracle Box loader.
5. Choose MTK, select Unlock SIM, then click Start.
6. ...
7. PROFIT!

And yes, I'm running on Windows 10 when I did this. Oh well...
