HARD RESET

Procedure:
-Press power on and hashtag (#)
-When android logo and triangle appeared on screen
-Release the keys
-Touch the home button for factory wipe
-Touch the square icon beside the home button for "ok"
-Click volume up for selection
-then touch square button for "ok" and touch again for reboot
