problem:: security code
tool's needed:: atf lightning,pc,usb cable,firmware via product code,common sense
download firmware's here:: http://www.mrcrab.net/Nokia-Product-Code.html
procedure's::
1.)download the firmware thru product code from the back of the panel of unit
2.)after downloading extract to specific folder you wish to.
3.)open atf box tool
4.)slect BB5 icon then select model RM-921
5.)click PHOENIX INI.if you have included the produch path it should automatically input the needed files.
6.)thick USB
7.)click WRITE FLASH then insert usb and wait for it to finish and your done.....

p.s. the files you used must be depending on the product code to avoid problem...
