Issue: With power no display
1st step: basic troubleshoot (check/clean ram,cpu replacement/change psu)
2nd: use debug card (blingking reset led light and no error code appear)
3rd: Reflash bios (you can find bios bin file from ASUS official site in .ROM extension but its just the same as .bin)
then boom! done!
