copy or move FIRMWARE to Minimal ADB and Fastboot folder.
open as winrar FIRMWARE and copy the BOOT, FASTBOOT, RECOVERY to Minimal ADB and Fastboot folder
open Minimal ADB and Fastboot then
boot your phone to BOOTLOADER using POWER BUTTON+VOLUME UP
insert usb cable
type fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
type fastboot flash boot boot.img
type fastboot flash fastboot fastboot.img
then boot your phone to RECOVERY and select apply update adb blahblah.
then flash FIRMWARE
type adb sideload UL-ASUS_T00F-WW-2.22.40.540-user.zip
