Solution : Update via adb sideload

UL-ZC500TG_ASUS_Z00VD-WW-12.1.0.29-user.zip

Procedure :

>>>> after download is done

copy rom zip to C:/window/ user/name and rename to :udate.zip

press window +R & type CMD - press enter

CMD window will show on screen

type adb sideload update.zip

wait nyo lng hanggang matapos

wipe data/cache , wipe cache partition

boot your device in recovey mode by pressing power button, vol up+

( see pictures below )

Copy rom drive c: users (your name ex.) paste

windows run press window+R

type adb sideload update.zip
