First nag search ako kay google at ito nakita ko

Proceed to Hard Reset:

1 .Turn on the cell phone.

2.After that enter couple times wrong password.

3.If you see the information, then type the word "blackberry". then click OK

4.Repeat this step until your device will reset and restarts with factory settings.
