Help po Paanu i program po ito
Problem: Pag open ng unit lalabas si logo tapos kasunod nya ay lalabas na ung Yellow Sign ng Triangle

Hard Reset steps :

Step 1: First turn off your BlackBerry smartphone.

Step 2: Release any SIM card and SD card on your smartphone.

Step 3: Press and Hold Vol+ key and Vol- key 10 seconds.
 
UP Mga sir paanu gamitin ang mga TOOLS nito, nag download ako ng Desktop maneger ang nangyari di daw nya suported ang os 10? pero latest ang desktop tools ko

Autoloader halos 1.3GB laman pero ang nangyari lalabas ung CMD Software tapos, madedetect naman sya tapos biglang mag cloclose ng kusa ung Autoloader

bali sir nag oon sya bigla sa Blackberry tapos susunod lalabas si Yellow LOGO, tapos off nanaman

Napansin ko pag Autoloader off ang unit saksak ang USB mag babasa

pero biglang mag oon ang cp ng kusa at biglang bibitaw ung program kung baga, di tumutuloy pag nag on n ng kusa ang unit.

any idea? di naman po shorted ata switch nito di naman sya auto on ung unit...
