open cm2 mtk infinity dongle
flash tab
load fw (don't flash the phone just load fw to reset frp lock)
service tab
format reset settings
phone must be off
hold volume down then connect micro usb
wait a seconds till process completed
done...
para malaman kung anong model ng hawak mong unit?
power off the phone
hold volume down then power button to enter into factory mode
use volume down to navigate
