mga boss, hingi san ako ng tulong dito sa tanggap ko.

windows 8.1 po sya..
prob: may password. nalimutan ng may ari. dinala na daw sa service center ng cherry mobile pero di daw nila kaya.
action taken: try different hand combination baka may hard reset pero no luck... search ako kay pareng google wala po akong nakita...
meron na po ba nakapagtry nito? sana matulungan nyo ako.. paguide po sana

ipa detect sa cpu saksak ang usb antayin mo ma determine kung anung chip ang lumabas minsan kasi SPD yan... or MTK


kung MTK SPD yan read backup then format mo sa volcano or kahit anung wiping tool

binuksan ko boss yung tab. hindi po sya mtk or spd chips.... hindi po sya android base... wndows 8.1 po sya boss

2. Phone vibrates ( release the power key)

3. Press and hold volume down key

4. Exclamation mark is shown on the screen ( release the volume down key)

5. Input the following key combination:

(5.) Wait and relax...

pag press po ng switch di na nagvibrate, nag on kaagad sya boss... kahit na ipress ko agad yung volume down di lumalabas exclamation mark...

boot to bios and reset settings:

turn on device then quickly press Fn+Esc
(hold down Fn+ then press Esc)

Fn+F3 =defults
Fn+F4= save changes
Fn+Esc= exit
then pres enter

ang problema po kapag meron password ang bios: di ko po alam paano reset password ng bios...???
