first reboot your phone to fast boot press volume down and power then on the screen press reboot to bootloader
on uat press the frp tab then insert usb cable on the phone wait until the phone detected then select the port please refer on the photo
then click spreadtrum then click reset wait until done please refer to the photo thank you mga tol hehe
