cherry mobile fusion aura no wifi help

Mga master paano po kaya to ayosin yung cm fusion aura tablet ng kapatid ko hindi mka pag wifi, tapos tinignan ko sa settings ng wifi wla plang mac address. Ano po dapat gawin nito? Tnx

Sir pag di makaya sa hardreset may pang program ba tayo dito yungd gagamit ng box.

yung volcano box nasa pinsan ko. wla na ako box ngayon kc nasa probinsya kc ako ngayon.

Then tick start hold volume up plus 10times power button
