Procedure:
1. Open Smart-clip2
2. Select MTK Flatform
3. Select IMEI Tab
4. Power off unit
5. Insert Usb cable
6. Install Drivers if needed
7. Select Mobistel Cynus F4 CDC in Serial Port Combo box
8. Enter IMEI
9. Last, click Repair IMEI
10. Done
