It's a clone with faked spec displayed. The ROM is untouched except for KingRoot already installed as a system app. I have used those files multiple times to restore the device after some failed attempt to install different ROMs.
You can flash it back with SPFlashTool. Wipe Cache after flashing entering stock recovery by pressing VOLUP+POWER while powered off, until the screen lights up, than release power button and keep pressing VOLUP until the bootloader menu comes up. Follow onscreen instruction to enter recovery. Once in recovery you see an Android logo with an exclamation mark in the center. Push the HOME button to entere recovery menu, select Wipe cache and Wipe data, and finally reboot.
