Problem: Hang in Logo only
Solution:Update the Phone use this http://www.4shared.com/get/YRLwhkBBce/excite_402d_fs20130614_v12.html
Tools Needed:Micro SD Card 2GB
Procedure:
*Copy and Paste the firmware into the sd card
*insert the SD card into the Phone
*Press Volume + And Power Button
*Choose Apply update from External Storage
*Choose excite_402d_fs20130614_v12
