All you have to do is :
1. Download the file and dump database
cPOS0 or here cPOS1
2. Install wamp server on your computer
WAMP
or you can purchase domain and hosting to use it live on internet or anywhere you are.
3. Extract the file and put it on root directory.
4. Create Database in phpmyadmin then import the database.
5. Configure database connection
found in application/config/database.php
