To Enter the APN go to setting and Wireless&Networks in "More" Tab you can go Mobile networks then Access Point Names if no apn added the it will be blank,
Press the Option button which is located bottom right corner, press the option button and click on add New APN, Now you have to Enter the correct Info in the APN and save the APN after saving it you have to select the APN then it will work. You can get the APN info from you Mobile Service Provider.
