Enable hidden Developer Options menu in Android Tablet or Phone
1:Go into Settings, then About Tablet (or About Phone).
2:Locate Build number and start tapping on it with your finger.
3:You’ll see the message “You are now X steps away from becoming developer".
4:Keep on tapping it until you see "You are now a developer".
