To hard reset F200L/S/K just follow the instructions
1-Go to Firmware download mode by pressing volum up+home and inset usb its different from download mode no vol up + vol down and usb cable.
Then follow the thread given below install adb files follow the instructions provided there and type "adb reboot recovey"il in cmd and your phone will be hardreset
