1. Download the ROM you want.
2. Save the ROM to your microsd if using stock recovery/Save the ROM to your internalsd if using CWM.
3. Reboot to recovery.
4. Power off flare, hold VOL+ and POWER, keep holding until RED screen appears. Use VOL- , navigate to APPLY UPDATE FROM EXTERNAL STORAGE, then press POWER.
5. Select the ROM you have downloaded that you want to flash, press POWER.
