To connect GT-I9000M phone you have to perform the following steps:
* Disconnect USB cable from phone.
* Go to Menu->Settings->Applications->Development.
* Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
* When message is appear press "Yes".
* Connect usb cable to phone.
* Press "Read Info"
* Press Unlock
* wait till rooting process will finish
* your dOne.....
