2- hold and press volume up+volume down+home key+power key.
3- went pop up samsung logo Release your finger all.
4- yow will see recovery screen.
5- use volume down key to select and use power key to confirm.
6- wipe data/factory reset
7- select yes to all
9- After its done select reboot
10- now you are done.
