pag ganyan situation hang sa logo tapos ayaw din sa hard reset,

program na po yan corrupted na ang system ng device mo amo kailangan niya na fresh os.

you can try this solution

Flash CWM recovery and root your device using recovery method.
Install ADB on your computer.
Boot your device into recovery mode
Connect your device to PC via USB cable
In recovery mode Choose “mount and storage > mount /systemâ€￾
Open ADB command window and type :

adb shell

mke2fs /dev/block/mmcblk0p3

mount -w -t ext4 /dev/block/mmcblk0p3

reboot

or you can use Z3x or octopus box

put your phone in download mode
go to "repair" tab
check reset efs

post result

Instructions :

Extract (unzip) the firmware file
Download Odin v3.10.6 here
Extract Odin ZIP file
Open Odin v.3.10.6
Reboot Phone in Download Mode (press and hold Home + Power + Volume Down buttons)
Connect phone and wait until you get a blue sign in Odin
Add the firmware file to AP / PDA
Make sure re-partition is NOT ticked
Click the start button, sit back and wait few minutes
