procedure

1. Power ON the Phone.
2. Go to page where ask your Gmail.
3. Go back to Welcome Page.
4. Go to "Vision Settings" -> "Talk Back" and enable it.
5. Select "Dim Screen".
6. Press and hold "Vol+" and "Vol-" keys and enable "Accessibility shortcut".
7. Press and hold "Vol+" and "Vol-" to disable "Accessibility Shortcut".
8. Press on search button and type "Tips & support", then select corresponding option.
9. Press on "Describe your issue" and type "Get started with Voice Access".
10. Start playing video and click "Add to watch later" at the right side of video.
11. Press "ACCEPT & CONTINUE", then "NO THANKS" and now you are in Chrome browser.
12. Type in url line "goo.gl/YWS2EE" then update permissions.
13. Open the downloaded APK.
14. Go to "Security & location" -> "Screen Lock" and set pattern (or Pin).
15. Go to "Settings" -> "System" -> "Reset options" and perform Factory data reset.
16. After start the phone, process typically start procedure, and draw pattern or input pin.
