First method:

1. At the beginning switch off the cell phone by pressing the Power button.
2. After that press the Volume Down + Power button for a couple of seconds.
3. When the LG logo will appear on screen release Power button for a short while and press it again.
4. Release all buttons whe thefactory reset menu appears on the screen.
5. Afterwards select option "Yes" by using Volume Down to navigate and Power button to accept.
6. Well done! The hard reset has just been performed.
