in this case,
Meaning: SP flash tool is having difficult to communicating with the device
try ,Change the USB-port and transfer SP Flash Tool to the root of your main hard drive ( C: ) then run as admin..and make sure that you have install the correct drivers...
secondly,
maybe the CPU/Memory IC'S totally damage need to reball or replace.
br
