Help Stuck battery percentage

Pa help naman po yung iphone 5 ko stuck po ang battery percentage niya pero nagiincrease po para makita yung tunay na percent kailangan pa pong irestart. Kahit nakapatay po yung phone ko nagoconsume parin po yung battery. I already tried to replace the battery pero the problem is still there.

Check mo yung mga capacitor at coil malapit sa battery terminal kung may kulang.
