try mo hard reset kung lumabas "recovery mode" at may wipe posible mtk....pero kung "factory reset" nkalagay sprd yan... try mo..hope helps u...

How can I know which CPU my phone has? Is it a MTK or a SpreadTrum?

You can find this out using any of the 3 methods:
1..Open the phone and look for the CPU. If its MTK then MT or MTK will be written on the IC, if it's a SpreadTrum then SPD or SpreadTrum will be written on the IC.
2.Second way to check is to power on the handset, type *#66#, this will show you the Engineering mode. Here you can check about the CPU details.
3.Another way to check is by a power supply. Remove battery from handset, give power to handset with external power supply. Now as soon as you give power, if the ampere meter shows some change in reading means it is a SpreadTrum based handset. But if it does not consumes any power, means no activity at the ampere meter, means it's a MTK CPU based handset.
