Farewell to the First Filipino GSM Forum, The All-Pinoy GSM Forum (TAPGSM) The Home of the Filipino GSM Enthusiasts.
Fellow forumers, friends and guests,
The forum will be bidding goodbye for good, all files, photos, posts, threads and the database in a whole, that have been preserved through the past 8 years of unforgettable foruming will be DELETED. Saying goodbye to the people, to the group and to the forum you love most can be the hardest thing we can ever do. The camaraderie that we all found here will always be a part of everyone’s growth in the field of mobile phone repair, computer and internet technology. We will always cherish the moment when we first heard of TAPGSM Forum, year 2002 and beyond when we first registered, we first participated, and even when we first encountered success in this online discussion board. The images, the joy and laughter of past eyeballs and gatherings, when we meet the old and the new members of the group will always been part of our own personal history we all are encourage to share. The unsolicited knowledge, and most specially the sense of belonging as part of the first and known Premier GSM Forum in the Philippines, from Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao and all parts of the world that have been reached by the forum, existed basely on common goals of sharing and learning, reflecting the main purposes of the forum, and that’s interacting with fellow members regarding certain topics behind the personality of each username.

Maybe it will be a surprise to all, but not for some, as we all know TAPGSM was not that as highly visited Filipino GSM Forum today than just as before. The statistic will prove it, the pioneering members were not that active, some are not visible or no interest to visit again the forum whereas many claimed they all started, and maintaining the site with few visitors in a day means more than just burdens for the webmaster and those responsible in paying the web hosting.
Again, The All-Pinoy GSM Forum will forever be thankful for all your dedication, love and support. From all it have been through, its been a long 8 years of rough and fun-filled journey and everyone have his/her own story to tell. To the men and women, the moderating team, to the ever loyal members, friends and have been friends, in and out of the forum for almost a decade, it will be more meaningful not only to mention all your names here but to continue to spread the good experience and knowledge you’ve learned from the forum we will surely miss for the rest of the days and years to come. Let other aspiring cellphone technicians and those who have been in any way touched by the aspirations and dreams of those people behind this forum, know how this forum may not be the best there is than it was before, but in some way help shaped and contributed in what cellphone repair business as of today and the futures to come. The memories will never fade away all will be written in our hearts and in our minds for a lifetime. To all who had been part of the everyday presence in this forum… Thank You!

The first URL or domain of the TAPGSM Forum was ed2k.com.ph, was developed by Edgar Mejia (ed2k_2) of Marikina City. The server of ed2k.com.ph with its sub-folder /~forum was hosted by Netgazer Communications at Timog Ave, Quezon City, administered by then co-administrator of the forum, Lito Maniquis (ulo). The acronym T.A.P. was an idea of the founder with Edward Hofilena (EMIX) of Iloilo City.
The domain www.tapgsm.com.ph was registered under the name of Richie Gan Perez (HeXeD), 2003 and since then had been the official URL of TAPGSM Forum. The server of the All-Pinoy GSM Forum was first physically hosted by Interdotnet at Rosario, Cavite with the help of the following: automan, Mr. Perez & Elmer Palumpon (crister). The All-Pinoy GSM Forum, Inc. was first registered in the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), 2004 with office address at Kalumpang, Marikina City and The All-Pinoy GSM Forum & Organization, Inc. in the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), 2006 as an organization.
Let it be known to all men, that The All-Pinoy GSM Forum (TAPGSM Forum), since its existence in the web have been and will forever be owned by Edgar Mejia (ed2k_X). Any content or part of the forum, from its layout, sections and even the current constitution were written and primarily belongs to the owner of the forum. An intention to re-launch or to open this forum, The All-Pinoy GSM Forum with same database, files, name, design, sections and constitution without permission means a violation of the intellectual and copyright of the above mentioned owner/founder. Any other forum, websites, blogs and link that in someway or in somehow been misinterpreting as the same, The All-Pinoy GSM Forum are not authorized to be called TAPGSM, TAP Forum or The All-Pinoy GSM Forum unless the developer revive or re-launch it in his own.
