1: Make sure the battery fully charged
2: Power Off Your Nokia X Dual SIM (RM-980)
3: Press And Hold Volume up Key + Power Key
4: Now You Will see a Nokia logo on screen
5: Select " Wipe Data / Factory Reset " Option By Using Volume Key .
6: Press Power Key To Confirm.
7: Select " Yes --Delete All User Data " And Confirm Select Reboot Option And Wait
