Installation Instructions:
1. Download the file to a folder on the hard drive of your computer or to the device (make a note of the folder where the downloaded file is saved).
2. Copy the file update.zip to the root folder of a micro SD card. Do not unzip the file.
3. Power off the device.
4. Insert the micro SD card with update.zip into the device.
5. Press and hold the Volume up and Volume down key, and simultaneously press the power key. Release both keys after the HP logo appears on the screen.
6. The Android System Recovery Menu is then displayed on the screen.
7. Press the Volume down key to select the option, "Apply update from external storage." Press the Power key to validate the selection.
8. Press the Volume down key to select the update.zip on the micro SD. Press the Power key to validate the selection.
9. After the update is complete, a message is displayed on the bottom of the screen, "Install from external storage complete."
10. Remove the micro SD card.
11. Select "reboot system now," and press the Power key to restart the device.
12. The update is complete.
