Tools:

- microUSB Cable
- SeTool
- Root (i used KingoRoot) Here

Procedure:

- install SeTool lgetool
- enabled USB Debugging
- install driver
- root the phone
- click Connect & Read Unlock Codes
- put non-accepted Sim Card and enter the Unlock Code
