HARD RESET
Procedure:
-press & hold 2 soft menu
-keep holding menu then press & hold power on
for 3 secs
-it should be black screen
-release soft menu
-press call key on keypad
-then the phone will go through reset mode
-it took for 5mins
-then follow the screen prompts.
