HTC SAPP500[HARD RESET]​

*Power OFF Device or Disconnect Battery

*Reconnect Battery

*Hold and Press HOME KEY + BACK KEY + POWER BUTTON

CLEAR STORAGE WILL APPEAR ON SCREEN>>release all buttons

*Press TRACK BALL to clear or wipe Device...​

DONE​
