Procedure:
1. Remove the battery, and wait for a few second before reinserting again to turn off your merge
2. press and hold volume down button and briefly press power on button
3.wait for the screen with three android images to appear, and then release the volume down button
4. press volume down to select factory reset and then press power button to select.
