Steps:

1. Open Device and DO the TP method
2. Use DCPhoenix
3. Update By TP
4. Under Bootloader File Select "kirin650_T0_A8.0.V2"
5. Turn Off device
6. remove battery
7. Connect TP
8. Connect Battery
9. Connect Cable
10. In DCPhoenix
11. Click DO The Job
12. Done
