Huawei TIT-U02 FRP reset in fastboot mode 
procedures:
put phone in fastboot mode by pressing vol+ , power key
install drivers
open dc unlocker tool
select huawei phones
select huawei MTK phone in fastboot mode
click detect circle button
then hit FRP reset tab
