1. Firstly turn off the HUAWEI Y7 by using the Power key. Hard Reset HUAWEI Y7

2. Next, press and hold the Volume Up + Power button at the same time for a few seconds.HardReset HUAWEI Y7
3. Relase held keys as soon as the Huawei logo appears on the screen.
4.Select using Volume buttons option "wipe data/factory reset", and confirm that with Power button.Factory Reset HUAWEI Y7

5.Once more choose "wipe data/factory reset" from the menu, and accept it with Power key.Master Reset HUAWEI Y7
Now accept option "reboot system now" by using Power button.
