tick model
Remove phone battery for 5 seconds and put it back.
Press "Vol -" + "Red (End call)" and Power buttons.
Hold the buttons pressed until your phone completely hangs.(5sec or more)
Connect your phone to computer and install driver and wait until driver instalation complete.
Check in Device manager if drivers installed ok
