procedure:
*remove battery aleast 10 sec
*put back battery and press vol. down and power on (fast boot mode)
*insert usb cable and install driver if needed
*run dc-unlocker softwear (latest version)
*Open dc-unlocker server tab and thick check log-in
*select manufacturer (huawei phones)
*model (leave auto detect)
*Press detect button (Big magnifying glass)
*Open unlock tab and press unlock
*After you see that phone successfully unlocked, remove battery and restart phone. Now you can use it with any sim card
