Procedure:

1. Press Vol (-) + Switch ON
2. Connect USB cable (nokia 5800 cable)
3. Select Huawei Phone
4. Select model - Huawei U8650/U8651
5. click the magnifying glass
6. click Unlocking Tab
7. click Unlock
8. follow the instruction given by DC-unlocker (while holding #1.)
9. DONE.
