PROCEDURE 
1info: 1-Turn on the HUAWEI Y6 Pro 2019 and connect to WiFi network.
2info: 2-Reboot the phone by holding Power button and selecting the option to Restart.
3info: 3-After device reboots press the Emergency call button.
4info: 4-Enter the code *#*#1357946#*#* on the keyboard.
5info: 5-Once a new page appears, swipe from the left of the screen to the right, you should now see a menu.
6info: 6-From here choose settings home option, phone will take you to normal settings menu.
7info: 7-in Settings menu find and select system category, then select reset option.
8info: 8-In this step, choose reset all settings then tap two times on reset all settings button to start the operation.
9info: 9-When the process is compleat, hold the Power Button to acces reset menu. Choose the Reset option from menu.
10info: 10-Phone will reboot with accest to the home screen without the need to log in to previously loged in account.
