Ipad 4 Help po mga master!

Hello, i have ipad4 (stuck in dfu mode loop). connects to itunes and if restored gives out error 9 (waiting for ipad), and the ipad shows apple logo with empty loading bar.

I need to mention:
- tried with old itunes, no luck.
- original usb cable, no luck.
- changed usb with other side (laptop),no luck
- changed hosts file, no luck.
- firewall and antivirus off, no luck.
- redsnow (latests) confirms dfu state.
- removed battery , no luck
-tinyumbrella, no luck

i only can suppose it is an hardware error. could someone help me? (some pictures/diagrams and detailed steps about the reheating maybe) ?
