- Open ipad mini3 [be carefull baka ma damage ang touch or lcd]
- Remove Resistor and Jumper
- Remove Nand
- Buy New serial [kung serial hanap meron ako instant and solo serial pero mas mabuti na kuntakin nyo admin, mahal sakin
] - Write New serial
- Assemble
- Restore to ipad mini 3 wifi
- Activate
- Done
