3: install ir0se
4: path 2G
5: path 3G
6: done enjoy 3G/SMS

1 jailbreak your idevice
2 then install afc2ad
3 then install ifile

then move to file to trash then reboot 2 times done

used Ifile serch

on supports supplemtary service
ihove all working,but my phone all perfect but some time signal EDGE in my place 3G not stable
