Iphone 5 touchscreen not working

magandang hapon mga ka ant,patulong po sa mga nakaincounter na nito iphone 5 di gumagana touchscreen..

action taken:1=cleaning connector
2=change lcd set /ts
3=mild reheat touch ic
yung tatlong procedure walang tumalab,,ano kaya to mga master IC na or open cercuit lang po,,plssss help po...
