so standby voltage is there which is 3.8v

basically naituro nya ang tatlong rails na posibleng trouble
PP3V0_NAND or PP1V8_VA or PP2V85_CAM_AVDD_PMU
Gamitin ang Regulated Power Supply para maka check ng voltage
sa tatlong rail
sa case nag dropped to zero voltage ang PP3V0_NAND
so nag visual checking muna and fortunately mag discoloration sa capcitor1515
remove and replace with same value
and done
